Using Same Page

Same Page is free to play with friends, partners and family. Be kind: do not use it to harass anyone, and do not write or share anything unlawful, hateful or someone else’s private information.

What you write

You keep what you write: names, quiz titles, questions and answers. You let us store it and show it to the people you share it with, and to everyone for a quiz you publish, because that is how the game works.

We do not review quizzes before they appear. Anyone can report a quiz or someone’s answers, and we may remove anything that is unfriendly, unlawful or breaks these terms.

Links and other people’s quizzes

Quizzes and answers written by other people are theirs. We are not responsible for what they write.

The service

We provide Same Page as it is. We may change or stop it, and we do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it.

Privacy

How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and using Same Page after that means you accept the new terms.
