Play two truths and a lie live with friends
Sometimes you want everyone playing at the same moment, on a call or round a table, without anyone sharing a screen. A live room does that: one person makes a room, shares a code, and everyone joins on their own device.
You take turns. Each person writes a hand while the others wait, then everyone guesses at once, and the reveal shows who picked what.
How a live room works
- One person starts a room and shares the code or link. Two to eight people can join, each with a first name.
- The host starts the game. Everyone gets one turn as the author, in a random order.
- On your turn you write two truths and a lie. The others see three cards and pick the lie.
- When everyone has guessed, the hand is revealed with every pick, by name, and the real story if there is one.
- The author scores a point for each friend they fooled. Guessers score as in any round, and sure doubles it.
If someone is slow or leaves
The host can skip an author who is taking too long, and show a hand without waiting for the last guess. If someone leaves, their turn is skipped and nobody waits for them.
Live room or a link?
A live room suits a call or a party where everyone is there at once. A link round suits friends who play at different times, and the author sees who they fooled later.
